Job summary

Vituity is seeking an Agentic AI Product Manager to champion customer needs across development, translate ambiguous ideas into prototypes using AI tools, and guide teams through the full product lifecycle in a remote nationwide role.

You will document requirements, manage platform roadmaps, and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements. A background in PM with AI concepts and Agile practices is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–4 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience translating business needs into technical solutions with engineering teams.
• Curiosity-driven learning in technology and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Champion needs of customers, business teams, and stakeholders throughout the development process and provide solid recommendations.
• Develop and document clear business requirements to bridge communication between stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Lead all phases of product development and manage communications to address questions between business and engineering.
• Develop ways to capture product data and changes to user behavior over time with business growth.
• Build rapid proof-of-concepts using AI coding assistants and agentic frameworks for stakeholder feedback.
• Coordinate timely delivery of commitments and maintain stakeholder communications.
