Job summary

Wipro is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer with extensive experience in Agentic/Multi-Agent work flows to join our Amazon-focused projects. You will architect autonomous pipelines, orchestrate AI agents, and define robust tool contracts for reliable API executions.

Create and test AI workflows, lead workshops with stakeholders, and enhance observability and security across deployments to meet business goals. >10 years experience required.

Amazon -Agentic/Multi-Agent Work Flow - Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE)

Agent Engineering Skill Set: Experience with framework orchestration (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, or visual workflow builders) to construct autonomous pipelines and configure tool contract designs for reliable API executions. Proven expertise in retrieval engineering (RAG) for precise context injection, paired with the ability to implement robust observability and security guardrails to ensure system reliability and safety.

Workflow Design Experience: Hands-on experience in AI workflow design and implementation, including leading discovery workshops with business and technical stakeholders to map current-state processes and identify automation opportunities. Proven ability to test, troubleshoot, and refine AI agents based on business requirements and user feedback to ensure seamless adoption.

Domain & Business Knowledge: Strong business process analysis skills specifically tailored to accounting and the month-end/year-end book close process are preferred.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $220,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
