Job summary

Udacity is seeking experienced mentors to join our School of AI as external contractors, supporting learners through 1:1 and group sessions. You will address course content, projects, and advance agentic AI topics with hands-on guidance.

Responsibilities include deep-dive sessions, project walkthroughs, and regular Q&A, with flexible part-time scheduling to fit your commitments while contributing to a global learning community.

Qualifications

• Proven technical expertise with 5+ years of experience in the relevant field.
• A passion for mentoring and helping others succeed in their learning.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships and foster a positive learning environment.
• Deep understanding of the tech industry and AI trends.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 video calls, virtual technical deep-dive sessions, and group Q&A.
• Review learners' prior work and guide focused topic discussions.
• Prepare slide presentations for concept deep-dives and project walkthroughs; grade samples to show expectations.
