Job summary

Hobbsnews in Columbus, IN is seeking an Agile Product Manager to lead the Agentic AI Framework across IT teams. You will translate business goals into scalable orchestration patterns and drive the product roadmap with a Lean-Agile mindset.

You will partner with engineering, architecture, and security to ensure governance, risk controls, and value delivery. This on-site role demands strong leadership, clear communication, and a passion for building high-performing product teams.

Qualifications

Significant business and technical knowledge with Lean methodology.
Experience in an Agile environment and SAFe practices preferred.
Experience as a Product Owner is a plus.
Ability to translate customer needs into enterprise-scale solutions.
Strong collaboration with architects, security, and governance teams.

Responsibilities

Own the product roadmap for the Agentic AI Framework and prioritize capabilities.
Advise engineering, architects, and stakeholders on design patterns and orchestration.
Define enterprise orchestration strategy for multi-agent workflows.
Govern core orchestration engine selection and governance.
Oversee the enterprise agent library lifecycle and tooling.
Partner with security and compliance to embed TRiSM measures.
Lead enablement for internal teams adopting the framework.
Monitor the AI ecosystem and translate findings into roadmaps.
Define milestones and acceptance criteria aligned with AI Center of Excellence.
