Qualifications

• Have 1–5+ years shipping software end to end in fast-moving startups.
• Strong full-stack skills and practical, working software.
• Built LLM agents or AI tooling used by real users.
• Experience with context engineering and tool integration.
• Ability to perform evals and failure analysis.
• Use AI to ramp quickly in unfamiliar domains.

Responsibilities

• Embed with kernels team to own high-leverage bottlenecks.
• Build and deploy LLM agents wired into engineering workflows.
• Ship full-stack internal products from interfaces to data pipelines.
• Design evals and track adoption to focus on impactful tools.
• Collaborate directly with founders on cross-company milestones.
