Artifintech is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to design and build autonomous AI systems and multi-agent workflows in a Chicago-based role. You will implement planning, tool use, memory management, and robust agent interactions, leveraging LangGraph, LangChain, and Bedrock foundations to deliver enterprise-scale AI solutions.

The role requires 4+ years in Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG architectures, with cloud deployment experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including significant AI/ML work.
• 4+ years with Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG architectures.
• 2+ years designing Agentic AI or multi-agent systems.
• Experience deploying production AI in cloud environments.

Mansioni

• Design and develop autonomous and multi-agent AI systems using AWS AgentCore capabilities.
• Build and optimize agent workflows using LangGraph and LangChain.
• Implement planning, reasoning, tool usage, and memory management for AI agents.
• Design agent-to-agent and agent-to-system interaction patterns.
• Experience with MCP and tool-calling architectures.
• Build enterprise-scale RAG solutions using Bedrock foundation models and embeddings.
• Design vectorization, indexing, retrieval, re-ranking, and grounding strategies.
• Develop prompt engineering frameworks and evaluation methodologies for GenAI apps.
• Implement conversational AI, knowledge assistants, copilots, and AI-powered automation.
• Integrate Bedrock Guardrails for safety, governance and responsible AI.
• Design RESTful APIs to expose AI capabilities to enterprise apps.
• Integrate AI agents with business apps, databases, and external systems.
• Develop front-end experiences with React and modern UI frameworks.
• Build scalable AI services and microservices.
• Deploy AI solutions on AWS using IaC (Terraform).
• Define best practices and architectural patterns for GenAI/Agentic AI.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, data engineers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure AI solutions meet security, governance, compliance, and responsible AI standards.
