Qualifications

• Exceptional quantitative foundations and rigorous reasoning.
• Experience designing or developing agentic systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic decision-support systems that can reason over data, interact with tools, maintain state and support human decisions.
• Develop evaluation frameworks, feedback loops, benchmarks and instrumentation to understand failures and improvements.
• Define objectives, failure modes and measurable improvements; create representative test sets and analyze distributions.
