We're looking for forward-thinking engineers who want to push the boundaries of what AI can do in healthcare—who can build systems that save lives. You will work closely with CEO and leadership team to craft and evaluate agentic workflows and their impact in patient outcomes.

What You'll Do:

• Build multi-step LLM agent workflows for key initiatives at Movn Health using frameworks like Google Agent Development Kit, OpenAI's Agent Development Kit, LangGraph, Langchain, or similar

• Design tool-using agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing across real-world, multi-modal tasks

• Develop RAG pipelines , prompt orchestration strategies, and structured memory systems

• Work in Python , integrating APIs, managing secure data flows, and ensuring production-grade infrastructure

• Deploy, test, and iterate quickly —in environments where performance and precision directly impact patient outcome

What We're Looking For:

• Experience building agentic AI architectures with links to current codebases/projects

• Proficiency in Python-based systems and working knowledge of modern ML/AI stacks

• Familiarity with LLM toolchains , including vector stores, prompt engineering, and function calling

• Comfortable working in fast-moving, high-sensitivity environments

• A mission-driven mindset—ready to use your technical skills to improve real people's live

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in healthcare tech : EHR integrations, remote monitoring, clinical workflows, or patient engagement tools
• Exposure to HIPAA-compliant systems or healthcare regulatory environments
