Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to design and build AI agents and AI-enabled applications that support mission and enterprise workflows. You’ll work across AI engineering, software development, data integration, and cloud technologies to move capabilities from prototypes to production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and TS/SCI eligibility; security clearance required.
• Experience crafting production-grade AI agents or AI-enabled apps with orchestration and error handling.
• Experience integrating data with LLMs using RAG and MCP.
• Experience working with geospatial intelligence data, including raster/vector data and spatial analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support production-grade AI agents and AI-enabled applications.
• Build agent architectures with orchestration, tool use, state management, error handling, evaluation, observability, and operations.
• Integrate mission and enterprise data with large language models using RAG, MCP, secure tool access, prompt management, and context engineering.
• Incorporate geospatial intelligence data into applications and user workflows.
• Develop Python, SQL, R, and RESTful services that connect AI with enterprise data platforms.
• Develop Node.js applications, dashboards, and UIs that securely consume Oracle Database data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into secure, maintainable AI solutions.
