Robotics Technologies LLC is seeking a Delivery Leader to blend Scrum Master leadership with technical delivery management for secure, scalable cloud-native and AI-enabled platform capabilities.

The role partners with Product Owners, engineering and architecture leaders, and Portfolio/Release Train leadership to ensure team execution stays aligned with portfolio priorities, while removing impediments and maintaining clear visibility into progress and outcomes.

Formación

Job Description

This role combines Scrum Master leadership with technical delivery management, enabling engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, automated cloud-native and AI-enabled platform capabilities. The Delivery Leader will drive execution across platform engineering, Enterprise Architecture, DevOps, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, and application teams while maintaining clear visibility into delivery progress, dependencies, risks, impediments, and outcomes.

The role is accountable for team-level delivery execution, Agile delivery discipline, impediment removal, dependency management, risk identification, and escalation. The Delivery Leader partners closely with Product Owners, engineering and architecture leaders, and Portfolio/Release Train leadership to ensure team execution remains aligned with broader portfolio priorities and commitments.

The successful candidate does not need to be a hands-on Kubernetes, platform, or AI engineer but must possess sufficient technical fluency to understand engineering and architecture discussions, identify delivery impacts and dependencies, and translate technical complexity into actionable delivery plans.

Key Responsibilities

Agile & Delivery Leadership

• Lead Agile delivery for assigned Agentic AI, Kubernetes, container platform,Port.io, and IDP initiatives.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other team-level Agile ceremonies.
• Partner with Product Owners and engineering leaders to ensure backlogs are prioritized, refined, actionable, and aligned with committed outcomes.
• Support PI Planning through team readiness, backlog alignment, dependency identification, risk identification, and delivery commitments for assigned initiatives.
• Drive predictable delivery by monitoring commitments, throughput, flow, dependencies, risks, blockers, and overall delivery health.
• Coordinate execution across engineering, architecture, infrastructure, security, and other technology teams.
• Proactively identify and remove team-level impediments and expedite issues or decisions requiring broader portfolio or leadership intervention.
• Maintain accurate delivery information in Jira and provide transparent visibility into progress, dependencies, risks, blockers, and outcomes.

Kubernetes & Internal Developer Platform Delivery

• Coordinate delivery of Kubernetes and container platform capabilities, including platform automation, observability, security, reliability, and lifecycle management.
• Lead delivery coordination forPort.ioand IDP capabilities supporting developer self-service, standardization, automation, and improved developer experience.
• Coordinate dependencies across Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, DevSecOps, IAM, networking, monitoring, and application teams.
• Coordinate platform onboarding and adoption activities across development teams.
• Partner with technical leaders to ensure dependencies, environment needs, technical decisions, and readiness requirements are identified early and actively managed.
• Help translate platform engineering work into measurable outcomes such as faster delivery, improved reliability, greater standardization, increased automation, and reduced operational friction.

Agentic AI & Architecture Delivery

• Lead Agile delivery for Agentic AI capabilities supporting Enterprise Architecture and architecture-related workflows.
• Coordinate execution across Enterprise Architecture, AI, Cloud & Infrastructure, cybersecurity, identity, engineering, and other participating teams.
• Track dependencies related to AI capabilities, platform services, infrastructure, integrations, security, identity/access, and governance.
• Coordinate delivery activities from backlog readiness and development through evaluation, release readiness, and operational transition.
• Facilitate delivery and technical discussions while maintaining clear accountability between Product, Architecture, Engineering, and Delivery roles.
• Identify and elevate unresolved architecture, technical, security, or cross-team dependencies that may impact committed delivery outcomes.

Delivery & Stakeholder Management

• Maintain delivery plans, milestones, risks, actions, issues, and dependencies for assigned initiatives.
• Own RAID management within the assigned delivery scope and elevate portfolio-level risks and dependencies through established Portfolio and Release Train governance.
• Facilitate technical and business decision-making without serving as the solution architect or hands-on engineer.
• Maintain alignment among Product Owners, architects, engineering teams, platform teams, security, infrastructure, and other delivery stakeholders.
• Provide concise delivery reporting focused on outcomes delivered, delivery health, upcoming commitments, risks, blockers, dependencies, and decisions needed.
• Coordinate activities with vendors and technology partners when required.
• Drive accountability for delivery commitments and follow-through on actions and decisions.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Scrum Master, Agile delivery, technical project management, or comparable technology delivery roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex technology initiatives involving multiple engineering and technical teams.
• Experience working within cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, Kubernetes/container platforms, developer platforms, DevOps, AI, or Enterprise Architecture environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum delivery practices.
• Experience supporting scaled or enterprise Agile planning and execution.
• Demonstrated ability to manage delivery commitments, risks, dependencies, impediments, milestones, and cross-team coordination.
• Experience using Jira for backlog, delivery, dependency, risk, and progress management.
• Ability to effectively partner with software engineers, infrastructure engineers, architects, Product Owners, cybersecurity teams, and technology leadership.
• Strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and escalation-management skills.
• Technical fluency sufficient to understand architecture and engineering discussions and translate technical complexity into delivery impacts and actionable next steps.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Kubernetes and container platform delivery.
• Experience withPort.ioor other Internal Developer Platform/developer portal technologies.
• Experience supporting Agentic AI, Generative AI, AI platform, or AI-enabled automation initiatives.
• Experience working with Enterprise Architecture teams.
• Familiarity with cloud-native architecture and cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevSecOps, SRE, observability, IAM, networking, APIs/microservices, and infrastructure automation.
• Experience coordinating third-party technology vendors or consulting partners.
• Scrum Master, SAFe, PMP, or comparable Agile/delivery certification preferred.
