Job Title : AI/Generative AI & Agentic Systems Engineer

JOB SUMMARY

This role will build intelligent systems that generate novel content and data and exhibit autonomous decision-making and action-taking capabilities. It requires a strong foundation in software engineering to develop, integrate, and deploy advanced AI solutions. By leveraging large language models and other generative techniques, the role will create sophisticated AI agents capable of independent problem-solving and goal achievement to enhance operational efficiency and enable new product features.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and deploy generative AI models (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models)
• Architect and build agentic systems with autonomous decision-making capabilities
• Integrate generative AI and agentic solutions into existing products and services
• Develop and maintain software infrastructure for AI/ML pipelines
• Develop and implement data pipelines for training and evaluating AI models
• Collaborate, document, monitor, and evaluate AI systems
• Conduct research and experimentation with new generative AI and agentic techniques
• Other duties as assigned or requested

EXPERIENCE

Required

• 5 years' experience in Software Development (Python preferred)
• 3 years' experience with large language models (LLMs)
• 3 years' experience building and deploying AI agent systems or similar autonomous systems
• 2 years' experience developing and deploying machine learning models in production

Preferred

• 2 years' familiarity with Cloud Computing Platforms
• 1 year experience with agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT, Semantic Kernel)
• 1 year experience deploying AI models at scale in high-throughput, low-latency environments

SKILLS

Pay Range

Pay Range Minimum: $78,900.00

Pay Range Maximum: $147,500.00

Base pay is determined by qualifications, experience, internal equity, market factors, and geographic location.
