Tundra Technical Solutions in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced AI Developer – AI Ops to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform for client projects.
You will work with data scientists, architects, and program managers to translate AI requirements into scalable, production‑grade systems using Python (FastAPI/Flask) and GCP services, delivering end‑to‑end AI pipelines and robust integrations.
As an Agentic AI Developer – AI Ops, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting‑edge AI solutions leveraging Google Cloud's ecosystem. In this role you will play a key role in:
Designing and developing Agentic AI and Conversational AI solutions using Google GECX Platform and DialogFlow AI, building intelligent autonomous agents that deliver measurable business value for clients
Developing and deploying scalable, production‑grade AI applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), utilizing services such as Cloud Run, Cloud Scheduler, and Secrets Manager to ensure robust, secure, and high‑performance deployments
Building and maintaining backend services and APIs using Python and modern frameworks including FastAPI and Flask, ensuring seamless integration between AI components, cloud infrastructure, and client systems
Collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams including data scientists, architects, and program managers to translate complex AI requirements into elegant, scalable technical solutions within an AI Ops delivery framework
Continuously evaluating and adopting emerging GCP AI/ML services and Agentic AI capabilities, contributing to internal knowledge sharing, best practices, and the evolution of Company's AI Ops delivery standards
We are looking for a passionate and skilled AI Developer who thrives at the intersection of cutting‑edge AI and cloud engineering. The ideal candidate will have:
7+ years of experience in software or AI development, with a strong portfolio of delivered solutions leveraging Agentic AI, Conversational AI, or NLP-based technologies on cloud platforms
Deep hands‑on expertise with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including practical experience with Cloud Run, Cloud Scheduler, and Secrets Manager, as well as proficiency with Google GECX Platform and DialogFlow AI
Strong programming skills in Python, with proven experience building and deploying RESTful APIs and microservices using frameworks such as FastAPI and Flask in production environments
Solid understanding of AI Ops principles, including model deployment, monitoring, automation, and lifecycle management, with the ability to design end‑to‑end AI pipelines on GCP
Excellent problem‑solving skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders across global teams
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $41.61/hour - $65.01/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
