Job summary

BeaconFire is seeking an Agentic AI Developer (Python) to join our Central NJ team in a hybrid/on-site role. You will own AI-driven web applications, from data ingestion to deployment, focusing on scalable, production-ready systems and tool-using agents.

You’ll design RAG pipelines on Vertex AI, work with vector databases, and lead end-to-end delivery while maintaining strong engineering standards and security practices. Visa sponsorship is available for this position.

Qualifications

• Strong Python 3 development experience.
• Experience with RAG systems and AI pipelines.
• Experience deploying production-grade APIs on cloud.
• Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop web applications using Python and modern frameworks.
• Architect RAG pipelines on Google Cloud / Vertex AI.
• Build agentic workflows with tool use and guardrails.
• Ensure production readiness: APIs, CI/CD, monitoring.
• Lead end-to-end system delivery from ingestion to deployment.
• Create technical documentation and participate in reviews.
