Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Technical Architect to bridge client-facing delivery with internal IP development. You will shape architecture within real constraints and ensure work built for one client informs reuse for others.

You will lead architecture discovery, produce governance artifacts, and drive IP reuse across IG Labs. Deep cloud and AI framework experience is essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical architecture, solutions architecture, or principal engineering roles.
• Experience translating client problems to reusable IP and artifacts.
• Strong written and visual communication for architecture diagrams and ADRs.
• Comfortable operating in professional services or consulting environments.
• Background in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, or insurance).

Responsibilities

• Define AI and data platform architecture aligned to client objectives.
• Lead architecture discovery sessions and future-state design roadmaps.
• Produce reference architectures, ADRs, data flow diagrams and governance frameworks.
• Provide architectural oversight across multiple concurrent engagements.
• Mentor delivery engineers and junior architects; drive reuse of IP.
