Job summary

Salesfive Consulting GmbH is seeking an Agentforce Consultant (m/f/x) to design and implement Salesforce Agentforce and AI solutions, elevating customer relationships through innovative automation. You will lead AI projects from strategy to deployment, collaborating with executives and technical teams across the business.

The role requires hands-on Salesforce consulting experience, knowledge of LLMs and agent architectures, and strong German and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Salesforce consulting or implementation, ideally focusing on Service Cloud or Sales Cloud.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Agentforce or similar AI and automation frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and agent-based architectures.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud is a plus.
• Knowledge of integration technologies such as MuleSoft or ETL tools is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and business stakeholders.
• Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Salesforce certifications (AI Specialist, Agentforce, Data Cloud) are a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop industry-specific Agentforce business cases and present at executive level.
• Analyze existing processes and architectures to identify strategic AI opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into technical solution concepts and own the solution design.
• Design and configure autonomous AI agents.
• Conduct workshops, demos, and proof-of-concepts; support sales in pre-sales phases.
• Collaborate with project management, technical architects, and development teams.
• Provide guidance to the team and contribute to improving AI methodologies.

Tasks

How you’ll lead our AI projects to success:

What you should bring with you:
