Landstar Transportation Logistics seeks an Agent Training and Development Specialist to guide newly contracted Landstar Agents through onboarding, training and their initial months. You will deliver engaging virtual training, provide ongoing coaching and operational support to help agents navigate Landstar's systems and resources.

Schedule: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm EST)
Salary: $19.00 - $22.86 per hour based on experience
As an Agent Training and Development Specialist, you'll play a key role in shaping the success of newly contracted Landstar Agents during one of the most important stages of their journey. Serving as the primary corporate point of contact, you'll guide new Agents through onboarding, training, and their initial few months with Landstar. You'll deliver engaging virtual training, provide ongoing coaching and operational support, and help Agents confidently navigate Landstar's systems and resources.
