Job summary

Bridgeway is seeking an Agent Support Specialist in Coraopolis, PA. This role focuses on representing the Bridgeway brand to Independent Agent Contractors and providing frontline support for agents and internal teams.

You will respond to calls and emails, learn operating systems, onboard agents, and collaborate with IT and other departments to resolve issues. The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Be a brand ambassador to our Independent Agent Contractors.
• Act as first line of support for our Agents and interdepartmental inquiries/concerns involving our Agents.
• Work to timely and proactively respond to calls or emails.
• Work to understand the various operating systems and how functions flow within the organization.
• Create and maintain relationships with agents to ensure satisfaction.
• Onboard agents and generate a welcoming environment/process.
• Engage with various departments, including our IT team, to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Understand and be able to describe the Bridgeway brand talking points.
