**Responsibilities**

The Resource Group, a subsidiary of Ascension, specializes in resource and supply chain management within healthcare, focusing on business transformation and delivering value through innovative contracting strategies. Responsibilities include:

1. Negotiating pricing and contract terms to minimize risk for healthcare Participants
2. Managing contracts, including amendments, extensions, and product updates
3. Analyzing sourcing data, market trends, and benchmarking to improve strategies
4. Building collaborative relationships with Finance, Legal, Risk, and Contract Design teams
5. Achieving competitive advantages in cost, quality, technology, and supply continuity
6. Ensuring compliance with regulations and policies in sourcing strategies
7. Reporting on category strategies, supplier management, and process improvements

**Requirements**

Licensure / Certification / Registration:
+ Certified Paralegal preferred.

Education:
+ High School diploma with 2 years of experience OR Associate's/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of relevant experience.
