Agent Recruiter - Remote

You’re a talent scout, energetically searching the real estate landscape to connect with high-performing real estate agents. This position is 100% remote; however, the ideal candidate will be located in the Pacific time zone.

Your Responsibilities
  • Agent recruiter: Prospecting up to 50 or more recruits a day and convincing them to meet our managers through cold calls and warm leads.
  • Pipeline builder: Using our resources to build and maintain a continuous flow of candidates.
  • Reliable responder: Promptly replying to team members and prospective agents.
  • Consistent collaborator: Communicating constantly and effectively with team members, ensuring integrity of applicant tracking system data.
  • Team player: Building relationships with our managers, understanding their business needs, and earning their trust to help them achieve business goals.
  • Technology adopter: Achieving success by effectively using business analysis and communication tools, including Teams, Skype, Facetime, WebEx, iProspect, and SalesForce.
Qualifications
  • Experience: At least one year working in a call center or telemarketing environment; telephone prospecting and real estate industry knowledge a plus.
  • Sales savvy: Prior work in a sales role, proven ability to quickly build relationships, understand needs, and obtain their agreement.
  • Computer skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, collaborative tools, and CRM systems.
  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills to convincingly sell our opportunity.
