Job summary

AMroute LLC in Palo Alto seeks an Agent Engineer to help build the next generation of AI-powered workflows and intelligent systems. You will design and deploy agentic solutions that can reason, plan, and act across enterprise tools, unlocking automation and productivity.

Applicants should have strong Python skills, experience with LLM-based apps or workflow automation, and AI/ML integration. Preference for LangChain/Semantic Kernel, and tool-augmented workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement agent-based systems using LLMs, tools, memory, and planning, including orchestration and multi-step workflows.
• Build and integrate agent workflows across enterprise systems via APIs and services.

• Implement human-in-the-loop patterns for safety, review, and escalation.
• Define and operationalize evaluation frameworks focusing on accuracy, reliability, and task success.
