Laughlin Field Service agents are on duty and respond 24 hours a day, seven days a week (24/7) to fulfill our statutory obligations such as gaming regulators, dispute investigators and certified peace officers tasked to handle criminal matters. A Nevada P.O.S.T. Category I Certification is required for the position. Current Nevada Category I P.O.S.T. Certified personnel must maintain their certification; newly hired personnel must be able to obtain certification within the first 12 months of employment. P.O.S.T. certificate must be attached.

Applicants who do not have a four-year degree may receive consideration for equivalent education including academic certifications, and/or work experience, which can be substituted in lieu of the Bachelor’s requirement on a year-for-year basis. Qualifying professional experience in lieu of education will include casino operations, casino surveillance/game protection, physical security to include nightclub operations, white collar crime and or fraud investigation, military service, and work experience to include intelligence collection, leadership, management skills, or expertise in the areas of legal research, accounting, business or public administration, or computer science with a focus on cyber investigations.
