Job summary

Buchwald in Los Angeles seeks a dynamic Digital Agent to grow our roster of digital-first talent, creators, and influencers. You will craft and execute growth strategies for clients and the agency, focusing on brand partnerships, digital campaigns, and monetization opportunities across social platforms.

You will source deals, negotiate terms, and guide clients on content best practices, while collaborating with internal teams to expand opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in talent representation, branding, influencer marketing, or digital content strategy.
• Proven track record of negotiating and closing brand or talent deals.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, podcasts, etc.) and creator monetization models.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with brands, agencies, and creators.
• Ability to identify and nurture emerging digital talent.
• Solid organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt to fast-changing trends and client needs.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing tools, campaign reporting, and performance metrics.
• A creative, forward-thinking approach to building client brands and agency business.

Responsibilities

COMPENSATION

$75,000– $150,000 per year
