Job summary

Envoy Air Inc is seeking a detail-oriented janitorial/cleaning associate to prepare aircraft interiors for departures, stock supplies, and assist with security checks. Overnight shifts and adherence to checklists are required.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and be able to read, write, and speak English fluently. Prior janitorial or housekeeping experience is preferred; authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the interior of the aircraft for departure by ensuring cleanliness of seats, pockets, floors, tables, bins, galley, and windows.
• Stock supplies such as toilet paper, sanitary products, cups, napkins, condiments, and magazines.
• Assist with required security searches of the aircraft and report any issues.
• Complete tasks using a detailed checklist to ensure high-quality cleaning.
• Communicate with Supervisors to report lost items and identify damaged items on the aircraft.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the interior of the aircraft for departure by ensuring that all areas including the seats, seatback pockets, floor, tray tables, overhead bins, cockpit, galley, and windows are thoroughly clean
• Guarantee the appropriate supplies such as: toilet paper, sanitary products, cups, napkins, condiments, and magazines are accurately stocked
• Be a champion for safety and security by assisting with required security searches of the aircraft
• Ensure that all work tasks are completed and cleaning is highly detailed by using a specified check list
• Drive communication with Supervisors to ensure timely reporting of any lost items found on an aircraft and identifying any damaged items in the work area

• Minimum age: 18
• Must be able to carry, bend, lift, and turn with supplies weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work a schedule during overnight hours, including overnight hours on holidays and weekends
• Must enjoy working in a detail-oriented environment with deadlines
• Must be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Previous janitorial or housekeeping experience preferred
