Agency Systems Administrator

We’re seeking a skilled and forward-thinking Agency Systems Administrator to lead the administration, optimization, and advancement of our Vertafore AMS360 platform and related technologies. The ideal candidate combines a strong understanding of insurance operations with a strategic, solution-oriented mindset, ensuring our systems evolve alongside the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary administrator for AMS360, managing configuration, maintenance, user permissions, and data integrity
  • Evaluate, implement, and document AMS360 features, workflows, and automation enhancements to improve efficiency and reliability
  • Oversee integrations between AMS360 and related systems (InsurLink, Vertafore PL Rating, ImageRight, CRM platforms, and digital engagement tools), ensuring seamless data flow and timely resolution of issues
  • Collaborate with Product, IT, and AI teams to develop and maintain data-driven process improvements, enhance cross-system performance, and strengthen connectivity across the technology stack
  • Partner with AI and Operations teams to identify and implement intelligent automation, data enrichment, and workflow optimization opportunities
  • Establish and maintain governance standards for data quality, configuration management, and API integrations
  • Support the rollout, change management, and user adoption of new automation, AI capabilities, and system enhancements
  • Provide Tier 2–3 system support for AMS360 and related applications, troubleshooting issues and ensuring a high level of user satisfaction
  • Develop user guides, training resources, and conduct sessions to promote best practices, adoption, and consistent system use
  • Act as a liaison between users, leadership, and technical teams to align system requirements and deliver continuous improvement
  • Design and maintain reports and dashboards that deliver operational insights, KPIs, and analytics to support data-informed decisions
  • Identify and implement opportunities to automate reporting, improve visibility, and streamline performance tracking
  • Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned

  • Strong documentation and communication skills, both technical and user-facing
