Bloomberg L.P. is seeking an Evaluator for the BVAL Agency Securitized Products Rates team in New York. You will deliver accurate pricing data for Agency MBS markets and contribute to valuation models while collaborating with cross‑functional teams and engaging directly with clients.

The role requires 5+ years of market experience in related sectors, strong Excel and data modeling skills, and familiarity with Bloomberg Terminal tools. A comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in fixed income pricing and analytics.
• Experience with complex systems and models, including databases and in‑house analytics.
• Excellent communication skills, able to present complex concepts clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Leverage market expertise and BVAL data to produce accurate pricing.
• Work with internal engineering teams to design, maintain, and enhance valuation models.
• Partner with Product Management and Sales to expand BVAL’s Securitized Products offering.
• Engage directly with clients and colleagues to discuss market dynamics, model assumptions, pricing methodologies, and product features.
