SCOPE:
We are seeking anAgency Sales Director to drive growth and expand our presence in Texas (Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio). This is a newly created role dedicated to building strong traction in the state by developing strategic relationships with standard and non-standard independent agents and supporting our overall growth initiatives. This position offers a remote work arrangement, allowing the ideal candidate to work from their preferred location within the Southeast region while frequently traveling within Texas.
