The Opportunity (Let's be real about it)

We're expanding our recruiting team with contract-to-hire recruiters who aren't afraid of a challenge. This remote role requires someone based in the United States, ideally near our client hubs: San Francisco, New York City, Los Angeles, or another major metro area.

Fair warning: This isn't your laid-back recruiting gig. You'll be working in a fast-paced staffing environment where filling roles quickly isn't just preferred—it's expected. But for the right person, this intensity is exactly what makes the job exciting.

What You'll Actually Do
  • Own entire recruitment pipelines from sourcing to closing (yes, ALL of it)
  • Get creative in finding new clients through cold calling, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking (rejection is part of the game)
  • Bring hustle energy EVERY day to find candidates and get them in front of clients
  • Maintain meticulous records in Recruiterflow (organization matters in chaos)
  • Create job postings that actually attract talent
  • Submit candidates with all the information decision-makers need
  • Guide candidates through the process, making it smooth despite the pace
  • Navigate the offer process, including tough salary negotiations

What We Expect

  • You’ve recruited before: at least 6–12 months experience in agency or high-volume tech recruiting
  • You’re US based able to work PST / EST hours as needed
  • You’re confident in LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean logic, ATS workflows, and email outreach
  • You’re unafraid of cold emailing and know how to manage rejection
  • You have an eye for quality, strong pedigrees, impactful tenure, technical depth
  • You can write clean, concise, high-conversion emails and submissions
  • You’re self-managed and structured in fast-moving environments

Compensation:

  • Location: Remote (US Preferred)
  • Contract: $4,000 to $6,000 a month (3-month contract-to-hire) depending on location.
  • Conversion: Full-time W2 with base salary, benefits, and commission ($60 - 70K base + 50K OTE - $110-120K Total Comp First Year)
