Nationwide Children's Hospital in Marysville is seeking a Physical Therapist responsible for evaluating pediatric and adult patients, administering treatment, and providing education to families.
The position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, licensure in Ohio, and CPR certification. Preferred candidates will have experience in pediatric settings. This role includes no weekend or major holiday work, ensuring a balanced schedule.
This role will cover mainly at our Marysville location. Availability required until 8 pm M‑Th and 6 pm on Fridays. Strong skills in orthopedics and sports medicine preferred. Interest in performing arts (gymnastics and dance) is a bonus. No weekends or major holidays.
Evaluates pediatric and selected adult patients for physical therapy due to injury or disease and administers treatment. Fabricates or recommends adaptive equipment and splints, documents evaluation results or patient progress, and provides patient and family education.
Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, required.
State of Ohio licensure in physical therapy, required.
CPR certification no later than 60 days post hire or post expiration, required.
One year of physical therapy work experience in a pediatric setting or clinical affiliation in area of pediatrics, preferred.
