Agency Launch Bonus

• The Agency Launch bonus is paid once the candidate launches a fully compliant AAA-branded agency.

• Available for the first 36 months, measured quarterly

We provide guidance on launching and developing a profitable agency, including a detailed deployment plan, comprehensive training (both in-person and virtual), and ongoing resources to help you grow your business, manage finances, and develop your team. Your AAA recruiter can review specifics with you.

Agency Owner Overview - This opportunity is for self-motivated, results-driven individuals interested in building a profitable, multi-line insurance agency. You should have relevant experience and sufficient capital to ensure your agency meets AAA standards. You will sell property and casualty, life insurance, and AAA memberships to a loyal client base.

Agency Owner Requirements:

• Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance Licensing (preferred but not required). If not licensed, you must obtain these at your expense.
• Review and complete the Business Plan/Cash Flow analysis (AAA provides assistance).
• Participate in 4-week virtual training with live instruction.
• Secure AAA-branded office space, approved by AAA.
• Proof of $75K investable capital (not franchise fee), seasoned for 60 days.
• Pass background, criminal, and financial checks.

Products include:

• AAA Memberships for autos, bicycles, RVs, and motorcycles, offering roadside assistance and discounts.
• Property and casualty insurance including Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Flood, RV, Boat, Motorcycle, and Commercial Lines, with access to brokered products from top carriers.
• Life Insurance including Term, Universal Life, Whole Life, and Annuities, with AAA Life Insurance holding an A- rating from A.M. Best.
