You will review applications, contracts, amendments, and requests, maintain records, and coordinate across departments to meet operational goals.

Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, as is proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic bookkeeping.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Excel and Word.
• Experience with data collection and reporting for business metrics.
• Basic bookkeeping knowledge.

• Review and process new agency applications, contracts, amendments, and maintenance requests.
• Monitor and maintain agency records for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate activities across departments to support objectives.
