Agency Operations Associate - Servicing Team

Are you seeking a challenging role with the convenience of working remotely from home? Consider a Capital One Commercial Ops position! You must reside within 50 miles of our Charlotte, NC hub.

Our Multifamily Loan Servicing division supports a $35BN loan portfolio, focusing on delivering efficient, scalable, and risk-mitigated services to enhance customer experience and enable associate success.

Responsibilities

1. Review legal documentation and input data into the servicing system.
2. Perform quality control reviews with attention to detail.
3. Work independently and collaboratively on projects and daily tasks.
4. Meet deadlines during high-volume periods with accuracy.
5. Initiate loan disbursements (Insurance, Tax, Reserves).
6. Process Escrow Analysis reviews and identify discrepancies.
7. Monitor servicing mailbox and update system data.
8. Attend training on regulatory and compliance issues.
9. Communicate effectively with Borrowers, Insurance Agents, vendors, and internal teams.

Work from Home Technology Requirements:

• A secure, quiet home office environment.
• Reliable internet connection (Cable or fiber preferred, hotspots/proxies not allowed).
• Minimum download speed of 5 Mbps, preferably 10+ Mbps.

Capital One may request proof of internet service and reserves the right to modify requirements with notice.

Work from Home Living Requirements:

• Reside within approximately 50 miles of the Charlotte hub and be prepared to visit in person with 24-hour notice.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience.
• At least 1 year of financial services experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years in Commercial Bank Operations, Loan Servicing, Risk, Compliance, or GSE experience.
• Experience with McCracken Strategy System.

Salary range for Charlotte, NC: $64,700 - $73,900. Salaries vary by location and are contingent on the role. The role may include performance incentives.
