Job Overview

The Agency Onboarding Associate manages the onboarding process for new agency partners, guiding them from initial training to full credentialing and performance ramp-up within the first 90 days. The role ensures agencies meet or exceed production goals, providing a critical link in our growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage agency onboarding and training programs.
  • Set and track mutual growth and quality goals with agencies.
  • Engage regularly via check-ins and outbound calls.
  • Utilize data to monitor agency performance during the first 90 days.
  • Maintain detailed records of goals and results.
  • Coordinate with the ASM team to communicate nuances and expectations.
  • Track performance metrics such as quoting, binding, and quality indicators.
  • Gather and relay field feedback to Product & Shared Services teams.
  • Address objections and concerns during onboarding.
  • Educate and train agency principals, agents, and support staff.
  • Identify growth opportunities and facilitate smooth handoffs to the market team.
  • Foster an agency-first approach to ensure success.
Minimum Requirements
  • Ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently.
  • At least 2 years of Property & Casualty insurance experience with a sales background.
  • Passion for supporting partner agencies.
  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Customer-centric mindset to build trust quickly.
  • Knowledge of insurance products; quick learner of additional knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft, Google tools, and CRM software.
Compensation & Benefits

The salary range is $59,520—$70,680 USD, with actual pay based on experience and skills. The full salary range is $55,800—$93,000 USD. Benefits include remote-first culture, competitive salary and equity, comprehensive health plans, paid parental leave, 401K contributions, home office stipend, professional development funds, wellness program, volunteer hours, and referral rewards.
