As part of our agency team, you will establish customer relationships to promote State Farm products such as auto, home, and life insurance. The job offers a base salary of $23.00 per hour plus commission and benefits including 401K and paid time off.

The ideal candidate will possess sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping people. You must hold a Property and Casualty license and be willing to obtain a Life and Health license.

Qualifications

• Preferred sales experience in retail, telemarketing, or sales representative roles.
• Ability to achieve sales goals and demonstrate strong customer service skills.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a Life and Health license.
