You will manage day-to-day activities, coach team members, support marketing initiatives, and analyze business metrics to drive growth, while ensuring compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Prior insurance, business, or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be currently licensed (Property/Casualty and Life/Health).
• Bilingual Spanish speakers preferred.
