Jim Hallam - State Farm Agent is seeking an Agency Manager to lead the local office in Lee's Summit, MO. This full-time role focuses on team leadership, business development, and delivering outstanding customer service while growing the agency's footprint in the community.

You will coach staff, drive marketing initiatives, analyze performance metrics, ensure compliance, and maintain relationships with clients and the community while advancing toward office goals and long-term protection plans.
