Job summary

AmeriLife is seeking an Agency Sales Manager to recruit, coach and develop insurance agents, driving growth in new premium and overall sales. You will lead and support a team of agents and administrative staff to meet business objectives and revenue targets.

Responsibilities include training, monitoring performance, implementing sales plans, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and carriers. A background in Medicare, life and annuities is highly valued.

Qualifications

  • Five plus years’ experience in the insurance industry, preferably in marketing, sales and suitability capacity.
  • Medicare, life and annuity product experience preferred.
  • Ability to recruit, coach and develop agents to grow revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, coach and develop agents to address insurance needs of clients.
  • Direct and coordinate agency sales efforts to maximize growth in new premium and overall sales.
  • Coach staff and agents, provide training and performance feedback; implement business plans and budgets.
