Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care Group's RMCare Talent Solutions in Murray, UT is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses. Earn $38-$40 per hour with night and weekend differential, full-time, part-time, or PRN options, and flexible scheduling.

Work in a supportive team across our care settings.As an LPN, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor residents, document in EMR, and collaborate with physicians and staff.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted LPN license.
• Current BLS/CPR Certification.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Long-term care, assisted living, home health, or hospice experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and monitor resident conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition.
• Assist with assessments and care planning.
• Document care accurately in electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Provide wound care and nursing procedures within scope of practice.
• Educate residents, patients, and families on care plans and treatments.
• Promote a safe, compassionate, and patient-centered environment.
