Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care Group's talent solutions in Murray, UT is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to join our internal staffing pool across our care communities. Earn $38-$40 per hour with shift differentials and flexible full-time, part-time or PRN opportunities in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• A Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in practicing state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Prior experience in long-term care and/or home health and hospice is preferred but not required.
• Food Handler Permit as required

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and monitor resident conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition.
• Assist with assessments and care planning.
• Document care accurately in electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Provide wound care and nursing procedures within scope of practice.
• Educate residents, patients, and families on care plans and treatments.
• Promote a safe, compassionate, and patient-centered environment.

Education

Nursing degree from accredited college/university

LPN license in practicing state
