Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a U.S. Agency Lead based in New York to build and manage partnerships with Snap’s largest media agencies, driving adoption of advertiser solutions across the US Hold Co Agencies.

You will define strategy, manage performance, and act as the primary agency contact while coordinating with cross-functional teams to grow revenue and client satisfaction. You will lead strategic initiatives, deliver agency education programs, conduct executive reviews, and develop solutions

Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • 12+ years of business development, marketing, brand advertising, agency, media sales and/or online advertising experience leading businesses or accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Define strategy and priorities to maximize impact of Snapchat’s advertiser solutions through U.S. Hold Co Agencies.
  • Identify and develop strategic partnership opportunities across agency departments.
  • H old responsibility for financial performance of Agencies; meet annual/quarterly targets.
  • Serve as primary contact and thought leader for Agencies.
  • Establish Snapchat as a leading brand-building platform for Agencies.
  • Develop and deliver scaled education across Agency disciplines.
  • Conduct business reviews with Agency leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Understand Agencies’ businesses and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Provide best-in-class client service across Executive, Investment, Planning, Social and Research teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth in US and international markets.

These pay zones may be modified in the future.Zone A (CA, WA, NYC) :The base salary range for this position is $229,000-$343,000 annually.Zone B :The base salary range for this position is $218,000-$326,000 annually.Zone C :The base salary range for this position is $195,000-$292,000 annually.This position is eligible to participate in a sales incentive program.
