Job summary

Tony Lopez – State Farm Agent is seeking an organized and efficient intern to support administrative duties and help our agency gain and keep customers. This role offers hands-on experience in customer service, inquiries handling, and basic sales activities.

Open to Summer internship with flexible scheduling, and the possibility to work Part-Time or Full-Time. You will learn about insurance options, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, and billing, while building valuable professional

Responsibilities

• Assist the agency in achieving business goals and customer outreach.

• Educate customers about insurance options using a needs-based review process.
• Communicate clearly to support customer needs and growth of the business.

Responsibilities

• Assist the business goals of the insurance agency with mutually agreed upon expectations.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.

Qualifications

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as operate independently.
• Effective customer service and interpersonal skills, including the ability to create, build, and maintain relationships.
