Job summary

SkillLabs in Delhi Charter Township, Michigan seeks a proactive sales professional to strengthen operations, drive growth through revenue retention and new sales, and collaborate with the Branch Operations Team to generate customer leads and hit targets.

You will manage customer parameters and product mix, monitor competition, ensure compliance, and build lasting client relationships through clear communication, follow-ups, and appropriate up-selling using the right tools.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen operational delivery to maximize Agency business and customer acquisition
• Deliver growth through revenue retention and generation initiatives
• Collaborate with Branch Operations Team to generate customer leads
• Achieve targets by collaborating with Branch Operations team
• Derive new initiatives through the existing customer base and untapped markets to drive sales
• Leverage vectors to achieve targets
• Manage customer parameters and persistency for sales
• Manage product mix as agreed from time to time
• Track competition on products, structure, and initiatives
• Compliance – to function per Compliance Team guidelines
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with existing customers through open communication
• Determine clients’ needs and financial situations by fact-finding appointments and assessing coverage
• Ensure segmented product-based campaigns
• Keep records of field sales calls and home visits
• Use appropriate solutions and up-selling methods
• Perform follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of queries
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools
