Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

Our client, a digital marketing agency specializing in the healthcare space, is looking for a Copywriter with performance marketing experience to join their team fulltime.

This is a fully remote opportunity. The role reports to the Creative Director and involves collaboration with account managers, designers, and data analysts.

Copywriter Responsibilities

• Craft engaging digital copy to educate, engage, and convert patients for healthcare clients.
• Translate English ad copy to Spanish to target multicultural markets.
• Collaborate with designers to develop concepts and execute content across channels like social media, landing pages, email campaigns, websites (SEO optimized), video scripts, etc.
• Research health conditions and patient journeys to create accurate copy.
• Produce clear, empathetic copy that resonates with patients and prompts actions such as booking appointments or downloading resources.
• Ensure all copy complies with brand voice and healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
• Stay updated on marketing trends and best practices.

Copywriter Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of marketing copywriting experience.
• Agency experience preferred.
• Fluent in Spanish (writing and proofreading).
• Experience in multicultural marketing (Spanish).
• Strong digital marketing knowledge.
• Portfolio demonstrating campaign concepts and media performance (emails, social, video).
• Experience with A/B testing and data analysis is a plus.
• Excellent research and synthesis skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Healthcare experience or passion is preferred.
