Description

Our client, an independent insurance agency in Florida, has an excellent opportunity for an Agency Claims Coordinator with 2-3+ years of experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) claims. This is a remote opportunity after training.

Responsibilities include:

1. Reporting personal or commercial P&C claims to carriers, informing Producers, and adding documentation into the Agency Management System.
2. Monitoring activity closely throughout the claims cycle, working with carriers and team members to communicate changes or updates.
3. Researching coverages, reading policies, discussing coverages, and acting as an agency advocate.
4. Reading, analyzing, and processing claims data, preparing documentation as needed.
5. Maintaining Florida Agent's License (220/620).
6. Being multi-tasking oriented and detail-focused.
7. EPIC experience is preferred.
