Job description

We are looking for an experienced and very detail-oriented person to assist with agency admin work. They will work closely with the whole team in providing support and making sure all documents are issued. Work experience and familiarity with the house/techno/ electronic music scene is preferred. This is a part time position.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Create contracts and invoices for confirmed shows
  • Thoroughly input confirmed offers & numbers for each artist into tracking system
  • Lead communication with promoters for contracting and payments, ensuring contracts are signed and deposits paid in a timely manner
  • Check for incoming payments
  • Create artist settlements after each tour
  • Light bookkeeping of artist and agency expenses on Quickbooks online
  • Additional admin tasks to support the team as needed
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in the industry (agency or buyer side). Prior agency experience is a plus, but willing to train for the right candidate
  • Must have excellent attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Must be highly proficient in Google Suite (primarily Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Drive), Quickbooks Online, as well as Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication, extremely strong interpersonal, organizational, and administrative skills.
  • Must be available daily, flexible on timing
  • Must have the legal right to work in the United States
