What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Extract and compile statistical data to create and maintain various reports for management
- Create and maintain databases and spreadsheets to track assigned reports efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to improve reporting methods and departmental workflow
- Write and maintain detailed procedures for tasks and cross-train with team members
- Handle sensitive, confidential records and communicate information with agents and executives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must possess a High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Access, and Excel
- Minimum typing requirement of 40 wpm
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to independently make decisions
- Strong communication skills with proper grammar and punctuation in writing and verbally
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- One year of experience in Agency Administration, Agent Licensing, or Agency Accounting
- Advanced skills in Excel & Access, including complex formulas and pivot tables
