You will coach on deck, assist with meets, and maintain a positive team environment. Responsibilities include planning practices, mentoring athletes, and communicating with parents.

Qualifications

• Ages: age-group swimmers; focus on technique, starts, turns, and basic race skills.
• Commitment to long-term athlete development and enjoyment over short-term results.
• Ability to create structured practices and provide clear demonstrations and feedback.
• Maintain swimmer safety and follow all club policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct age-appropriate swim practices emphasizing proper mechanics, starts, turns, and streamlines.
• Foster a positive, inclusive team culture and motivate young athletes.
• Communicate with parents professionally and coordinate with coaching staff.
• Attend meets on deck, assist with warm-ups, race strategy, and post-race feedback.
• Be early to practices and maintain equipment and lane organization.
• Follow all club, aquatics department, and team policies; support team activities.
