Qualifications

• Knowledge of classic cocktails.
• Ability to stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Create regular guests and be the face of Rosa Mexicano's bar.
• Welcome guests with warm hospitality and treat them like home.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer thoughtful recommendations.
• Share agave knowledge to guide guests to their perfect pour.
• Craft cocktails from signature margaritas to seasonal features.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and stock readiness.
• Communicate with servers and kitchen for seamless service.
• Handle cash and POS transactions responsibly.
