Best-One Tire & Service in Monroe, Indiana is seeking an AG Tire Technician who can serve customers, mount and dismount tires, and service agricultural wheels with a focus on safety and quality workmanship. The role requires experience with farm equipment and a valid driver’s license.

Expect to work with a team and on a service truck on outside calls. The position offers hourly pay at $18 per hour, with benefits including health/dental/vision, 401-K company match, and potential for on-call

Qualifications

• Experience mounting and dismounting tires for agricultural, auto, and commercial vehicles.
• Experience with farm equipment or agricultural service work.
• Valid driver's license with safe driving history.

Responsibilities

• Mount/dismount tires and wheels, including agricultural tires.
• Operate service truck on outside calls.
• Inflate tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements.
• Assess tire condition and perform repairs as needed.
• Complete service and billing documents accurately.
