Job summary

Best-One Tire & Service in Monroe is seeking an AG Tire Technician to mount, dismount and service agricultural tires with a strong emphasis on safety and quality workmanship. Independent or team work is expected, with farm equipment experience preferred.

Earns $18/hr with benefits including paid holidays, health insurance, 401(k) match and more; home on weekends and ongoing training available.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in commercial and/or agricultural vehicles is preferred.
• Farm background experience
• Ability to work in all types of weather
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving history
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

Responsibilities

• Dismounting and mounting auto, truck, agricultural and commercial vehicle tires.
• Operating a service truck on outside service calls.
• Inflating tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements.
• Determining repairable tire conditions and making such repairs.
• Properly executing service and billing documents.
• Following all safety and driving rules.
• After Hours (on call) service calls.

Responsibilities include mounting, dismounting, repairing and servicing agricultural tires and wheels, with a strong focus on safety and quality workmanship. Experience with farm equipment. Candidates should have a good work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, if this is you, we want to talk to you!

What You’ll Do As An AG Tire Technician

• Dismounting and mounting auto, truck, agricultural and commercial vehicle tires.
