Job summary

Nebraska Harvest Center Inc. in Kearney, a CLAAS family partner, seeks a Parts Coordinator for the Ag Dealer Parts Department.

You will promote and selling parts, manage inventory, and help lead a team under the Complex Manager, delivering top-notch customer service. Responsibilities include coordinating orders, working with vendors on pricing, scheduling, shipping, and supporting service during busy times.

Qualifications

• 4+ years parts or parts sales and/or counter experience.
• Working knowledge of CLAAS parts is a plus.
• Forklift certification and safe driving history required.
• Able to read and interpret parts and machine schematics.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily parts operations for the assigned Parts Department.
• Promotes and sells parts to customers and maintains inventory.
• Develops department work schedules with the Complex Manager.
• Works with vendors to maintain pricing and discounts.
• Fills, assembles, and ships parts orders; manages WIP.
• Assists customers and shop personnel with parts lookups.
• May assist service department during peak periods.
